What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We cannot accept a personal check or money order.

How will my order be shipped?

US Domestic standard shipping over $50 is free. Standard shipping is shipped through the USPS first class mail service. This is a 4-8 day delivery method. Express Shipping is shipped via Priority mail through the USPS mail service. This is a 2-3 day delivery method. Overnight Shipping is $29.00 and is shipped either USPS Express Mail or FedEx Overnight. This is a 1-day service to most places. Occasionally, overnight shipping may not be available to your location. International Shipping is and is shipped USPS with Delivery confirmation. This is normally a 4-14 day delivery method. Please note that your order is subject to the customs procedures of your individual country, and customs fees may apply.

Do you charge tax?

Eliana and Eli LLC is registered to collect sales and use taxes in all states which impose such a tax. We do not charge sales tax on shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Will I be charged customs charges if I'm not in the US?

Potentially. We do declare the actual value of the parcel and mark it as - E-Commerce -> Fashion Accessory (not gift). Whether or not you are charged customs depends on your country/port/luck but that fee is your responsibility. If you refuse the package because you do not wish to pay the customs fee, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed.

If I want to exchange an item I purchased with a gift card, will I receive full credit for my exchange?

Yes, you will receive full credit. It's just the same as if you paid out of pocket.

Can I use two promotional offers on one order?

No, you can not combine any 2 or more promotional offers together for one purchase. Only one offer valid per order per person.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. Products must be returned in new condition. Purchases can be easily returned by mail . We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. When you return your purchase to us and we receive your item within 60 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
